Free Shipping:

Processing & Delivery:
Except for “Ready to Ship” items, all products are shipped directly from South Korea, resulting in a delivery time of approximately 3–4 weeks.
Out-of-Stock Items:
If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment for that product.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your order has shipped and tracking information is provided, eil&da is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, eil&da cannot be held responsible for non-delivery.
Return Policy
Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns and exchanges only for items that are damaged or defective.
To start a return or exchange, please contact us by email and include your name and order number for reference.
Refunds:
Please note that returns sent without prior approval will be declined and disposed of, and therefore not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
To qualify for a return:
Your item must be unused, in the original condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
We will notify you whether your return has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and issued as eil&da store credit only.
Please note: Refunds are issued as store credit only.
Final Sale Items:
Sale Item are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
